Code Panda Description

Code Panda is an interactive puzzle game designed to demystify the world of programming. Instead of typing complex syntax, players use visual "Logic Blocks" to build scripts that control a panda’s movement.

The goal is simple: navigate the panda through various environments to reach the delicious bamboo trees. However, as the terrain gets trickier, you'll need to master loops, conditionals, and efficient sequencing. It’s a brain-teasing adventure that transforms abstract coding concepts into a tangible, rewarding experience.

How to Play Code Panda

Your mission is to write a "program" that leads the panda to the bamboo.

Analyze the Path: Look at the grid and identify obstacles like water or rocks between the Panda and the Bamboo.

Select Your Blocks: Choose from action blocks like Move Forward, Turn Left, or Repeat.

Sequence the Logic: Drag the blocks into the "Workspace" and snap them together in the order you want the panda to execute them.

Run the Code: Hit the Play button to watch your panda follow your instructions in real-time.

Debug: If the panda hits a wall or misses the bamboo, look at your sequence, find the "bug," and swap the blocks to fix it!

Game Controls

Desktop Mouse Drag & Drop: Click and hold a block to move it into the workspace.

Mouse Click: Press the "Run" button to execute code or "Reset" to start over.

Scroll Wheel: Zoom in or out of the workspace if your script gets long.

Mobile & Tablet Touch & Drag: Tap and slide blocks with your finger to snap them into place.

Tap: Press the Play/Stop icons to control the simulation.

Pinch to Zoom: Easily navigate through larger coding sequences.
